My story

There's often a reason
why we choose this profession.

For me, food has always held a particular place. I experienced its double-edged nature early on : when it's suited to our needs, it can become a powerful lever for wellbeing ; when it isn't, it can deeply affect how we feel.

After my pregnancy and Covid, I went through a period when my health had become deeply fragile. That experience pushed me to search, understand and connect the different factors that could explain what I was going through.

My studies, and then applying a truly personalized nutritional therapy, played a decisive role on my path toward better balance.
